General fills up so fast that if you post a topic that not as many people are interested in, it gets to the 3rd page in a few hours and all but dies. That was my main reasoning for a science (now just general education) forum.

Why do we need a musician forum? I think a stickied thread would be all you need as far as musicianism goes. I'm all for science/education though, if only because topics wouldn't disappear as fast as on general.

The threads that are only vaguely interesting but others would probably enjoy, I pass on posting because it's pretty pointless to try to start a conversation that only 8 or 9 people would care about in the General.

(ok thats my extent on being gangster) Yeah they do have T-Shirts and they are made by Ordinary Clothing but there was a Skate Park called 516, it was a street off of Sunrise Highway in what used to be a warehouse. It was actually really cool. I used to go there seriously every weekend (I skateboarded) until it closed down. Ahh Childhood memories.

ya definitely. The only flaw I'm seeing with this is that it's not getting a lot of support even though it makes a lot of sense. A lot of us are HS and college going students and we ALL need help sometimes regardless of the topic...that would be a great place to go and it would be completely friendly.

I can definitely see some fun topics emerging too...like yesterday I was researching the chemistry behind cocaine just for kicks and I think I figured out ways to make it a lot lot stronger...go me!
