Did anyone see tonights new episode? I thought it was ungodly mediocre. Too bad, I think this season should be their last.

I agree. The only part that I thought was at all funny was at the end when homer was inside of burns. I agree, they should end it while people still respect the show.

i don't respect the show. it was my favorite show for about 10 years but now i just cant stand. it really started sucking about 2 seasons ago when the jokes just got horrid. its not funny at all. i really think they jumped the shark when they made the episode about homer becoming a superhero who throws pies or some shit. terrible

on a different note, i just heard the news that they've finally started production of the simpsons movie which will be "uncut"

meh I dunno...it was a good episode but ya...when comparing it to Simpsons standards...they're losing it. I still give em credit for making good satirical comedy on Fox without having to be as vulgar and relient on retarded humor as Family Guy and whatnot.

It's been so long since I actually sat down and watched a full Simpsons episode. I've seen almost all the old ones and the new ones haven't really caught my attention.

I still <3 Ralph Wiggum though. :)

Wow...I can't believe you called Family Guy retarded humor. The pop culture references themselves probably confuse you or something. The Simpsons was good when they had Conan. Everything he touches is gold.

I didn't think it was that bad, I enjoyed it. There's something about the Simpsons with me, I'll always love it no matter what and watch it faithfully. I personally don't think it's completely lost its humor, most recent episodes aren't very funny at first, but whenever I watch them again in syndication I find them much more funny and laugh a lot. I don't think there has been a weak season of the Simpsons, and I hope they continue making it until it sets the record for longest running television show in history becuase it deserves that. That would be in 5 or 6 years I think.
