I really really hate chemistry with a passion most reserve for other people's religions... but, I could get a minor in it just by taking probably 2 more classes than I am required to. Any suggestions on any easy chem. courses? How bad is analytical?

Oh trust me, I'm with you. I hate chemistry too. I just had to take one extra class to get the minor. I was already done with all the other requirements for my major and other minor, but still needed some extra classes, so I figured "why not?"

I don't know of any really easy chemistry classes other than general chemistry. I never took analytical. I took a year of general, a year of organic, and a year of biochem. Biochem wasn't too bad I guess. Those were the only chem classes I can remember taking, I don't really remember the requirements to get the minor, but I got it somehow.

i unfortunately wasted 2 years of college trying to make my dad happy, who was already reeling from my decision to pass on an engineering degree and get a business degree, specifically international economics... but i realized my hatred for the business school and after trying to get into the journalism school with no luck.. i'm now a "commercial recreation and hospitality management" major.
sounds like a copout, i suppose, but the internships that they offer to uf hospitality students are fucking awesome, there's a few on cruise ships and others with major event planning companies based in new york and chicago, and it's something i could see myself doing for the rest of my life so i'm glad i made this choice.

Analytical Chem is basically applying statistics to lab results. If you get basic math, its not so bad. I took it as an extra class to get a chem minor too.
