Does anyone remember this movie from I'm guessing late 80s/early 90s/sometime in th 90s about this kid who makes a computer program and it's this 3-D talking head, with a bowtie or something, and instead of saying bye he would say "Hasta lasagna, I've got my eye on ya!"

I vaguely remember something about a company, maybe the dad's? Disney used to show it when I was like 9 but it's not a disney channel original. Any help would be appreciated.

hmmm...weird. The only thing that came to mind was that Disney Channel movie Smart House, but that can't be it.

At first read, I was hoping this would warrant the answer of

"Oh, it's that terrific Matthew Broderick film WarGames."

but I leave disappointed.

I did, but all that comes up is the quote from Mission Impossible "hasta lasagna, don't get any on ya" and some kid's youtube channel. This is frustrating.

Ha. I found that kids youtube page and I wrote him. We'll see if he writes me back.

I left a comment on one of his videos. I hope he checks youtube regularly.

I also found this kid's myspace because he keeps leaving people this comment:
