Good Will Hunting is my favorite movie of all time, so I'll have to go with that, although his performances in the Bourne Movies are outstanding as well.

Bourne Trilogy for sure, they are some of the best action movies that have been around.

I don't like him in The Departed, but only in the way that you're not supposed to like the character. I never thought I could not like Matt Damon. He's really great in The Departed.

Agreed. I'd also like to take this opportunity to say that I think Jack Nicholson gave the worst performance in that movie.

I'm a big fan of much of his work (Good Will Hunting and The Departed especially), but I really think his portrayal of Jason Bourne is my favorite. One of my favorite action heroes of all-time.

Good Will Hunting. He has tons of great performances- Bourne, Ripley, Saving Private Ryan, and definitely the Departed.

The Departed was all about Leo and Nicholson, imo. I voted Bourne Trilogy cause Damon proved that he could fuck bitches up.

Rounders is one of the few Matt Damon movies I've seen.

The Good Shepherd bored the shit out of me.

I love Rounders. Norton and Damon should work together again.

Lee Pace was the only redeeming part of that movie, mainly cause he was the only person who wasn't boring as hell.

This thread reminded me of how many great movies Damon has been in. The Departed, Dogma, The Bourne flicks, and even Rounders just to name a few of my favorites. I went with Good Will Hunting because his performance is just so great there.
