Strike Anywhere is more consistent but I do like some Rise Against songs.

while i do like both, i say strike anywhere because they still play the same hyped up political punk they've played their whole career. rise against can be a little too slow for me sometimes.

rise against has been my favorite band since i heard "everchanging." i love strike anywhere, but rise against is near perfect. plus, not many bands put out albums 4th albums that are their best attempts. normally its #1 or #2, not their second major label attempt.

I've only heard one strike anywhere cd. and when i listen to it, it makes think i'd rather be listening to rise against.

Well this is a terrible poll i think in that most people are like "who is strike anywhere?" Old rise against is good stuff while as they progress I listen to them less and less. Strike anywhere has some pretty awesome albums, although as they progress into more typical anti-religion songs I listen less and less.

Both bands have an awesome sound but could either produce a really really good album or continue. I will say Strike Anywhere is band you def. need to see live. :) They kick butt.

For me it would definately be Strike Anywhere because their songs are more consistent where as Rise Against has more slow songs.
