Hi Kids,

I'm going to be in Miami for a week from 17th to 24th of October. As an English Citizen i have no idea if there any decent shows on this week. Can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction for finding out if anyone decent is playing. Preferably stuff like gaslight, but i'd probably go see anyone half decent

your help is much appreciated

there's usually not that many shows in Miami itself, but Ft. Lauderdale is only about 20 minutes away.

that place is a solid hour from Miami, not sure how'd you get there, but yes all seating and at least 10,000 seats

Pompano Beach Ampitheatre isn't all seating. when Taking Back Sunday played there, they had a Warped Tour like main stage set up where they played. it'll probably be the same for this show

Yeah, definitely check out the Rise Against/Alkaline Trio/Thrice/Gaslight Anthem show and check out the links duhpunk posted up there...some really good shows coming up here including Jack's Mannequin(if you are into that style of music) at City Limits in Delray Beach on the 18th, not sure how far that is from Miami though.

Wow, when that Rise Against tour hits MA they are playing a venue thats less than half the size of that place in Miami.

i've never been to that venue, but Pompano Beach is just north of Ft. Lauderdale. Only about 30 minutes from Miami. i'm definitely considering going.
