what are some of your favorite booklets/inserts to cds?

mine would be:

Kid A - Radiohead. Stanley Donwood does beautiful work and I definitely think this is his highlight.
() - Sigur Ros. So much fun to look at. It takes you through a path in the woods and it works with the cd wonderfull.

now post your own.

I wish Kid A had lyrics. That makes me so mad when albums don't come with lyrics because otherwise I would buy them on Itunes or something for cheaper. Or download them for that matter.

Jealous! I'm watching it again tonight at my friend's.. he's been waiting to see it forever hahaha. I was literally just talking about how I could watch this everyday for a month and not get bored of it. I love, love, love, love, looooooove Kristen Bell.

Totally to 80% of that list. Stay Positive's packaging is so nice, and I love the Eldridge Cleaver quote in Cuban Ballerina's liner notes. Larry Arms goes without saying.

Totally intriguing. All of them are put together pretty nicely but This Shit is my favorite purely due to the hilarious song explanations. <Dillinger Four3

I always enjoyed Blink 182' self-titled/untitled CD booklet from 2003. When I bought the album I just sat on my bed before even listening to the album, and just read the entire booklet. I sat in awe over the artwork, the lyrics, the design, the production, everything. That was the booklet that really made me appreciate the whole spectrum of effort and work a band has to put into releasing an album. I also really appreciated Blink 182 putting in members of feelings and views of every single song; how it was wrote, what it was about, etc. That is my favorite CD booklet of all time. Nothing has matched it yet.

I think when I get bored of this one, I'll go back to my Veronica Mars screenshot of her and Mac holding up the "No Fur" signs.

Taking Back Sunday - Tell All Your Friends [for the way the lyrics are laid out]
There's also the story about them recording the album.

I pretty much like all of the NFG booklet's. They do something special to all of them. My favorite might have to be Coming Home because of the one song and some of the lyrics in the picture thing.

Fiends by Chasing Victory has some pretty sweet artwork, and it feels like it was made with charcoal.
