I agree. I was just told about this show last night at the Sigur Ros show in Detroit. Shitty, no opportunity for real fans to make it to the show... nice.

Hahaha, this show was a HUGE bust. We didn't go in, b/c we're not students, but we flyered outside from when doors opened for like an hour and a half, and for the huge Breslin, which is about 8000 cap I believe, about 1500 or maybe 2000 people showed up, half of which were Nas fans. It was probably a disaster, because everyone had assigned seats all over the building.

Just like the Anberlin show they did last year where kids decided they didn't want the floor seated, so they crowdsurfed like 1000 chairs and threw them in a huge pile in the back of the room. There was probably 1000 people at that show.

Good job ASMSU. Bleh.

It's just ASMSU, the organization who does this annual show. RHA puts on great shows (Jimmy Eat World, Jack's Mannequin, Anathallo, Motion City Soundtrack, etc)
