So today, a kid ( heavy Christian kid ) and I got in this debate about masturbation somehow. During the debate, he kept on claiming that masturbation causes dependency on masturbation, it's addicting ( not counting weird people, like smoking addicting, ) and other crazy stuff like that.

I'm not an expert on masturbation, but I'm pretty sure he's spewing bullshit. I looked at some sights, and there was no consequences related to any of those.

Why should I stop when it doesn't affect any other aspects of my life? It's not like I "have to", I just do it because it's fun. I'd be addicted if it consumed me and caused other areas of my life to become neglected.
