The tracklisting for Open Hand (http://www.trustkill.com/bands/bios/openhand.php)'s sophomore record, You And Me, is in the replies. This record is an incredibly well done diverse rock record and I am extremely impressed. It will easily be one of the most ambitious and experimental records of 2005. The album hits stores February 8.

actually no mark. things looked real grim for a while after half of the band departed..but they got back on track, found new dudes for the band, and things turned out TOTALLY for the better. cause the new open hand kicks some total ass. mmhmm.

Too bad those amazing musicians really had nothing to do with their full-length which was just two older EPS put together with one new song. Those guys weren't even in the group for the EPs I'm pretty sure. At least one of them because I have one of the EPs.

hm, i am not totally sure with that, but yes, i do believe so. i heard something about someone from 1 of those bands performing with the other, i do believe. however the new drummer from open hand used to drum for The Vacation, which is a pretty fucking sweet band as well. i'd recommend checking them out, their new album will most likely be kick ass as well.
and no, i can't send any tracks from open hand to anyone, so stop asking me.

On the TK site it says they just shot 2 (!!!) videos for new songs. Can't wait until we can see those.
The song "Tough Guy" from the TK sampler is incredible.

acutally this entire full length has alex rodriguez playing on it who is now the full time drummer for saosin, he recorded this before he ever joined saosin, this cd been done for so fucking long it rediculous they need to realse it

I'm pretty sure that the record was just recorded this past summer with Paxton from The Vacation playing drums on it. If Alex plays on the album at all, my guess is that it's probably only on 1-2 songs.
Paxton is a sick fucking drummer. That dude is incredible. Not taking anything away from Alex - he's great too.
EDIT: the story is up on the TK site here:

I loved the old cd... I heard the one new song "tough guy" on the trustkill summer sampler and it wasn't too memorable but maybe I should listen to it again... either way I can't wait for the new stuff.
