Soma (www.somasd.com), in San Diego, will have its annual New Years Eve party on December 31st. It will feature 10 bands and 2 stages. Bands on the bill include: Atreyu (www.atreyurock.com), As I Lay Dying (www.asilaydying.com), Bleeding Through (www.bleedingthrough.com), Before Today (www.beforetoday.net) + six more to be announced shortly. Tickets are $19 and you can purchase them online (http://tickets.somasandiego.com) starting 11/24 or you can pick them up at the Soma box office, they only accept cash though.

OMG this is awesome totally beats last years line up and there is still 6 more bands to be announced ... I'll see you fuckers there for sure

I thought this show normally had like 15 bands and it wasnt all hardcore bands. I dont mind these band but last year I think Rufio and the Gimmes play so I hope they are going to have some pop bands like that as well.

I thought this show normally had like 15 bands and it wasnt all hardcore bands. I dont mind these band but last year I think Rufio and the Gimmes play so I hope they are going to have some pop bands like that as well.

I am sure it won't be all hardcore because Before Today doesn't fit in with Atreyu, As I Lay Dying and Bleeding Through

Poo. The next 6 bands better balance out the retarded amout of screamo bands. Last years Soma show was a lot of fun, and I have nothing against a little 'screamo', but they gotta put some good ol' rock in there. I really want this to be a good show.

The Soma venue does suck! And to bad the stage on the staircase of the Sports Arena won't be there haha. And Before today played last year under the name "Early Times". And how come Underminded isn't on the roster!!!! And Finally As I Lay Dying gets to play in their hometown for New Years.
