Plans are shaping up for a Juliana Theory (http://www.julianatheory.net) and Zao (http://www.wickedland.com/zao) tour next Spring. We'll let you know more information pertaining to dates and opening bands as it becomes available.

TJT, easily one of the most underrated bands in music.

wow, that seems like a weird pairing for a tour, don't you think? not saying it'll be bad for the show, just seems strange.

haha, that's not weird at all, considering lead singer/guitarist of the Juliana Theory Brett Detar USED TO BE IN ZAO ;)

well, that would explain it then i suppose, haha.

well...it is weird because they are two entirely different bands but it could be good......and the lead sinder of the Juliana Theory thinks he is a rock God...when i saw them open for the ataris, yellowcard and FSF...i thought people were going to start throwing crap at him....he was rippin off his shirt like he was Hulk Hogan, and they had really long and boring outros live

i saw that tour, and i thought they owned live...i guess if you're not really into TJT, then the outros could be boring. I thought it was really, really cool...just a complete wall of sound.

I wouldn't be surprised if they brought Takeover UK with them on this tour...

yeah...i had one of their cds and liked some of the songs but they just really turned me off live....i think the lead singer is what really made me mad...he was rippin off his shirt like he was some sex symbol and it just seemed awkward

this is going to be a weird fucking tour. oh well, i do my best not to miss TJT when they're in town. love that band, long outros and all. as far as brett detar's stage presence goes, it's something you get used to when you've been a fan for a while and have seen them live more than a couple times.

Detar does act like he's hot shit on stage, but then again they played "Constellation" which I REALLY didn't expect them to play so I loved the show. Overall they played well and put on a great live show so I can't really complain...

But yeah, the pairing of those two, while it makes sense for Zao and Juliana Theory to play together because of the whole former member thing, they're just completely different styles of music... I don't know anybody that likes both of those bands.

I do, as well as many of my friends. It's called diversity in musical taste.

yeah, they have like 6 albums out and have probably influenced a ton of hardcore bands you listen to today

I do (as well), even though there are times that I'd rather listen to Zao than The Juliana Theory and vice versa. It just depends on what kind of mood I'm in.

Brett Detar is an asshole, but he's still cool as shit. And they do have an amazing live show.

They're recording as we speak, so definitely not January. If I had to guess I'd say April at the Earliest.

Bitches please, I have known about this tour since October. I am unbelievably stoked. All we can hope for is Brett making some guest shred appearances during Zao's set.
