San Diego Practice Space?

is anyone from here? im staying here for a while with some friends, and i would love to share a practice space with someone, since they are like $350 and up! REDIC. so if anyone wants to help a guy out, im super clean, respectful, and only want to work for like a night or two a week. the only space i need is for two guitars, a bass and guitar rig. thats it.

id prefer someone close to ocean beach, if possible.
