Awake is the album that got me into Dream Theater, John Petrucci has some amazing chops, to say the least. Definately one of the more gifted guiitar players of the 90s, his band is definately worth checking out once, even if you can't relate to the music...(which is the case for MANY people)

Yeah, I love Dream Theater, but they're most CERTAINLY not for everyone. :)
