writing samples

Tomorrow I have an interview for a research internship with a professor and he needs a writing sample. I'm a psych major and have probably had to write, at most, 6 papers my entire college career and most of them were lost in computer crashes. I asked my parents and sister and they are useless, anyone have ideas of what is acceptable?

3 pages would be a comfortable length, any less and they'll think you don't care and any more is unnecessary
