almost as fast as a child grows,
as a flower dies.
and when the wind blows,
everything gets tossed around & around.
nothing makes sense,
and none of it rhymes.
but the thoughts will always Indore
what reality should be
but the fact of the matter is, nothing real is fun.
and nothing fun is real
because the excitement leaves the window.
like a pedal leaves a rose.
when reality comes, everyone knows.
just what your thinking.
so lets escape reality.
lets shine our colors brighter then the world.
like the leader of a nation,
lets be movers and shakers.
takers and givers.
lets give the world a show.
lets put our hearts on the line,
let them tear apart,
like the new kid at school.
lets try something the jocks, wont think is cool.
lets be you & lets be me.
lets be everything we want.
and nothing we need.
let's fight, and hate.
lets trip and fall.
and get back up, to where reality
is always off call.

It's pretty good, even though it's pretty cliche`ish, but I really like how it's portrayed, not bad at all, good job, but I advise if you choose the cliche` route, try to make it sound like something completely different, IE: Pedal+roses is kinda bad, but like Legs+Cockroach is the same concept but completely different ;P
