I'm interested to see how he stacks up against the field after not racing competitively for a few years.

If he can overcome cancer he should have no prob winning this again.

Nope...they will "watch" it like they watched it when Lance was winning...which is via highlights on ESPN, pretending like they cared about a sport only because an American was winning. And now that, especially this year, it has become so irrelevant, I'm not sure even Lance could make that casual fan care again.

I mean, the great story is gone...he's won 7 after beating cancer...the only thing, as a fan, I have to watch is potentially him losing that legacy. If he wins...duh, he's Lance Armstrong...but if he loses...then every question becomes about how he was doping before and without it just isn't good enough.

good point, but i beg to differ about watching when lance was tearing it up. i know people who taped the races and we'd go watch it.

oh, and FUCK CANCER.
