I loved all their work and I disagree about A Types being bad. I think it's great. Magnetic North was good too.

Escape The Fate is better. But, unlike a lot of people, I did enjoy A-Types. But, yeah Frailty of Words is still their best album.

No Wings To Speak Of and The Satellite Years were two of my favourite albums ever, I think I learned to play almost every song off of those on the guitar. I didn't mind A types or magnetic north but they should have broken up after TSY.

It's been a few years, but there was talk of them coming out with a new project.... try searching "Contrails" on youtube to find the video with a little demo instrumental.

They're reuiniting along with Codeseven as of last week, apparently

I just got back from their reunion show tonight, and it was pure kick ass. What was also hilarious, is they said it would be funny if they could get someone to crowd surf plank and sure enough this girl was planking for like a minute straight from one side of the venue to the other. Codeseven surprisingly put on an amazing show as well - of course that was due to the fact Big Dave was back. But a hell of a night. Glad I didn't miss out.

Edit: Also I forgot to mention that during Hopesfall's performance, they stated they were doing a mini-documentary that we could look forward to watching. They also stated that the performance tonight (and future) were being filmed and they would be putting them online - no mention of a DVD though.

No Wings To Speak Of = perfection, and Frailty and Satellite and just incredible. I wish they were reuniting on the west coast, too.

hopesfall is def one of my favorite bands of all time..........almost every song and riff was epic.......i messaged chad on myspace along time ago and asked for advise on starting a band......he actually sent me a really encouraging message back that meant a lot to me. of sinking ships is awesome...........was looking forward to contrails but not sure whatever happened to that.
