It's a little interesting how most of the updates we get on this band now are all from mtv.com.

7th or 8th grade they came to my jr high, when they were still on lobster records (downtown santa barbara) back when i was listening to hip hop and p.o.d. thinking i was the shit and no one really took notice of them. 2 years ago, my freshman year of high school, they came to my school, san marcos, and our crosstown rivals dp, and only the hip people knew who they were. i had heard thier stuff at the time and didint like them. it was funny thou, cuz our sound system sucked pretty badly and the vocals didnt work and they played only instrumental, which i actually enjoyed... and then they released ocean avenue and now everyone wishes they came back to out school

...that was a buncha pointless blabber... sorry to put you through that

yellowcard came to my high school in oregon when i was a sophomore. no one knew who they were then they hit it big... i guess some bands have to start somewhere.

Anyone know what school they'll go to in Denver? I know Sean (violin) is from there because he says hi to his family everytime they play there. And I know he has a cousin in High School and I figure he would play there but I don't know which one it will be.

for anyone living in salt lake city, or that fact utah, i have heard from a friend that the show there is at northridge high school in layton. (just north of SLC) i cant confirm for sure, but she seems pretty steadfast to the claim, or that she has inside info or something.

the fact that yellowcard is as big as they are is ridiculous.
why that isnt surprising at all to me? they are unique cause of the violin and plus ryan has a really good voice and the music is very catchy. a lot better then most bands out there
