This concerns mainly the people involved with the CBS Pay Baseball League, but I'd like everyone to read this to see if they can help.

I'm not sure how many of you have noticed, but John (Goodbye Forever) has not posted on here since late May. Scott and I have both sent him PM's recently to inquire about the $20 that everyone paid him once joining the league, but he has yet to respond. We've now resorted to creating a thread to see if anybody knows what's up. He has been checking AP since getting our Private Messages (last login Sept 11th 1:45 am), but still no response. We're starting to get very concerned over whether or not he's intending to pay any of the winners.

Does anybody know him/talk to him/see him on AIM/whatever? If there's any way you know how to get in contact with him outside of AP, it'd be great if you could do that.

If not, we might be screwed over. Nobody on here seems to know where he is, and this does concern everyone in the league, including the people who won't get paid as a winner, because if he does screw us over, he's basically stealing from you too.

So, any suggestions/ideas?

Scott mentioned something about the possibility of getting your money back through paypal, but I'm not exactly sure what the procedure is.

you can just file a claim with paypal and state your case. usually they're pretty good about it, i had someone hack my account and got my money back within a few days. Id think if a bunch of people filed for the same thing, it'd be hard to deny that.

yeah, you could all just get your refunds and work out a way to paypal the money to the winners directly, since i think they just refund your account and not necessarily your card.
