Well, it's not rare that the cabinent is resigning like that, it's a tough job.

Well, a lot of the soldiers are really pissed off about the situation in Kuwait. He was there to provide a "morale" boost because the guys sationed in Kuwait are about to head out to Iraq and his plan backfired on him when the soldiers got up and started saying "Why are we looking through junkyards to ecuip or vehicles." And he said "Well you go to war with the Army you have, not the Army you want." There was a bunch of other questions. I can't remember, if you go to CNN.com, you can read the article. It was on my front page of my Newspaper today. Fuck Rumsfield.
