Making Music

How would I go along in doing this? I just want to make some instrumentals with some soft piano and drums. Since I can not play any musical instruments, are there any programs I could use or anything of that sort?

You should learn an instrument.

You could start off using pre-made loops, until you get the hang of the dynamics of songs and how they are put together. Not totally sure what's good for this, as Tariq said, ask Josiah.
