Hey guys, I thought this could be fun. I've grown up buying cd's since I was literally in second grade (1992 to be exact) and for some odd reason a lot of them were soundtracks. To me a soundtrack was cool because it was a bunch of different bands and from some of my favorite movies. My first cassette soundtrack was the Wayne's World soundtrack. I don't know about you guys, but a 2nd grader listening to R.H.C.P., Alice Cooper, Queen, ect is pretty cool in my book. My first cd soundtrack was the Hole Alone 2 soundtrack, no bragging right there. But over the years the soundtracks kept coming from Batman Forever to Beavis & Butthead to Biodome...ect, ect.

Bottom line, what are some memorial soundtrack's of the 90's? Feel free to include songs or artists.

Ones I can think of that I owned...
Angus- had green day J.A.R. which was awesome and not on dookie or insomniac. smoking popes, weezer,
The Jerky Boys (not comedy albums)- Collective Soul, green day, coolio, house of pain, wu tang
Batman Forever- U2, Seal (duh!), the offspring, flaming lips
Godzilla- P. DIDDY!, Rage, Fuel, Wallflowers, loads of others
Beavis & Butthead Experience- 90's CLASSIC. Up there with Dookie, The Chronic, Smash, and Nevermind
Bio-Dome
Mallrats
Clerks
Baseketball- Reel Big Fish
Who could forget another 90'S CLASSIC..ROMEO AND JULIET
Howard Stern Private Parts
Space Jam- I Believe I Can Fly
Can't Hardly Wait- Blink 182, 3EB, Smash Mouth

speaking of Smash Mouth...remember their debut album Fush Yu Mang. It was so punkish and good and than splat. Hey Know You're An Allstar

smash mouth makes me want to start on classic 90's albums, but im going to stop now.

hahhaha sorry if this is stupid, its 1:30 in the morning on a friday night and Im bored as shit, not to mention pretty high.

Wonderboys. I don't care that it's 2000, not '90s, it's close enough, and it deserves to be mentioned.

Scream had "This Could Be Your Lucky Day In Hell" by the Eels.
Also, American Pie had Blink-182

I would actually agree with you. It has some awesome electro songs like Stoned, Radio, Who's There, and a few others. Never heard anything after that album though.

uh ok thanks. pretty random and rude. sorry your phone provider is retarded. I'll mention it at the next town meeting. What's your phone number so I can check the records. Or if you want you can just send me your bill and I'll be glad to pay it.

Was more of a "Fuck you" to my phone company, not you or Bound Brook. Seriously though, where is it?

To be honest, there really isn't anything to listen to after that.

But that's my area code and I totally don't know where Bound Brook is still :-( What county? If you tell me Middlesex I'm going to walk there right now and... do something I don't know.

These are my favorite soundtracks

Singles - basically one of the best grunge comps ever

The Crow - Just get it for Nine Inch Nails cover of Dead Souls & my favorite Cure song Burn - but it does have other good bands such as For love not lisa, Pantera, Rage, Stone Temple Pilots

Grosse Point Blank - amazing soundtrack put together by the late Joe Strummer - It has The Clash, The Jam, The Specials, David Bowie & Queen, Faith No More & Violent Femmes
