TI-83.. graph a point?

So i've done this so many times, but i'm so tired that i can't remember. lame, i know.

but how do i graph one point on my calculator? like, how do i get the point 3,14 to go on my graph?

go to stat>edit and in L1 imput "3" and in L2 imput "14"; next go 2nd>statplot and the go Plot1>Scatterplot (looks like a bunch of points) then go Graph; you may need to change your window
