Name Taken (http://www.nametakenmusic.com)'s last show of the year was the other night with The Bled (http://www.thebled.net) in Tuscon. The guys wanted to thank everybody at Absolutepunk for a great year and wish happy holidays to everybody. In January they'll start their tour with Relient K (http://www.relientk.com) and Mae (http://www.whatismae.com) and then after that they will be going into the studio for the follow-up to this year's Hold On.

i saw them live about 6 times or so this year. they're great live, but i think chad could use vocal lessons, so that they can do songs such as "clear and conscious", and so he can hit his notes on "hold on"

I really hope this upcoming tour has a toronto area stop...i've been dying to see name taken live! I saw Relient K at skate & surf this year, they were great and it would be awesome to see them again playing new stuff! Plus their singer is canadian, so that give me a ray of hope!!

last time i saw name taken ryan said that they are gonna write before a tour next year or after it...then try to hit the studio after that, since they are trying to get on warped tour for next year. they're all real cool, you should try to see them, they're crazy.

yeah i was at the show yesterday at scrappys it was amazing, but it was just really wierd that the bled just got off stage with out saying anything,.. also some kid said "the bled is dead on the mic" i was really confued about that.. the only thing i didnt like about yesterday show was break dance vietnam, the music was good except the singer was a dick, talking shit about cali.. im from cali, and i dont know what the hell he was talking about
