Because it's annoying as fuck when their are a ton of "tattoo" threads on the first page. That's why. Also it's not a mortal sin to bump a topic that's on page two.

I have song lyrics on each foot(my friend counts those as one but whatever), stars on my chest, 2 roses one on each arm and then two little stars on my left wrist for my best friend. She has the same ones on her right wrist.
