For those who don't know, Riders on the Storm, is original Doors members, Ray Manzarek (Keyboards) and Robby Krieger (guitar) doing songs by the Doors. They have Brett Scallions (former singer of Fuel) on vocals.

I went in a little skeptical on how good of a job Brett would do, filling big shoes like Jim Morrison. He blew me away. People have said that he has studied Jim Morrison and it showed. He performed chillingly close to how Morrison did, and his vocals were spot on.

Manzarek and Krieger, being 69 and 62 played like they were still in their 20's with high enery and impressive solos by both.

I got a setlist as well. Here was the set

Love Me Two Times
Break On Through
Love Her Madly
When The Music's Over
Peace Frog
Moonlight Drive
Wildchild
Alabama Song
Backdoor Man
Five To One
Spanish Caravan
Touch Me
L.A. Woman
Riders On The Storm (on the setlist, but not played)
Light My Fire

They started at 8:15 and played until 10. Almost all of the songs were extended by at least five minutes, "When The Music's Over" and "Light My Fire" were almost twenty minutes, and "Spanish Caravan" featured Robby by himself on stage for five minutes with an extended intro to the song.

This was probably the best show I have ever, and will ever go to. Make sure to catch it if they come to your town.

I really want to go see these guys. Great set list...man, I really want to hear them play When The Music's Over. I can definitely see how that one went on for twenty minutes. Five to One is so good too.
I just checked the tour dates, and they're coming around Boston on Monday. I'm assuming I should probably try and get some tickets, because it sounds like a great show.

Oh, and everyone in this forum needs to listen to the Doors. No responses is ridiculous.
