I'm with you. Life just sucks sometimes. But, looking at things that are attached with happy memories usually helps me, talking to a friend you know you can really trust, or sometimes just sitting by yourself and thinking.

Last night i was going somewhere and accidentally wound up driving the wrong way on the highway for a half an hour, and then just had to figure out how to get back. But, the drive back was sort of relaxing, once I knew i wasn't lost anymore. It was just me, my thoughts and some music. I would also suggest some pointless driving.
