Anyone know of some "PopMosh" bands similar to a day to remember or even something like underoath.
Looking for bands with like a Pop feel and screamo sections. Maybe a bit metalcore.

They're similar, in a way.
Just the whole pop mixed with heavier stuff thing.
The Sleeping is by far better though, in my opinion.
The dudes from ADTR are dicks.

The Sleeping don't scream which is what I think he wants.
I am not a big fan of the Sleeping. I just haven't been able to get into them. I like A Day to Remember though.

While I enjoy many of these bands, I think they are more hardcore than Popmosh. I recommend all of these bands though

I made sure they all sing. But.. ADTR's little pop-mosh thing is terrible.

I met ADTR before they got popular and scene, they played at a log cabin, they were one of the nicest bands I have met. I guess everyone has their off days.
The Sleeping don't scream which is what I think he wants.
I am not a big fan of the Sleeping. I just haven't been able to get into them. I like A Day to Remember though.
Listen to a Sleeping album, they scream.

I guess it sorta depends on your definition of pop-mosh. In my opinion FOB is pretty much all pop, no mosh, you really need some screaming for it to be mosh.

well back in the day,
FOB was pop punk-ish.
as they got older, they became more pop.

Yes they were, but they were never really hardcore or a screamo band.

Pop mosh, needs screamo.
Checked out most of the bands mentioned. Liked how people leaned more towards hardcore.

In fact, Tom Denney from ADTR wrote most of their music and they're both from my hometown. If you know the rest of the background story involving Tom and PP's old vocalist, join me in laughing hysterically.

I love the new A Day To Remember record. Wish there were more like them. My picks for bands you might like are the new Architects UK record..it's not as metal but damn, it's catchy. That guy can sing. Oh adn Elysion Fields. Just heard them the other day.
I really liked the first & Second LoveHateHero record but this last one just didn't do it for me. Anyone else feel that way?
Bullet for my Valentine
Might be a good fit, leans on the metal side a bit more.

I'd go 'like' City At Dawn on facebook. One of my friends is in that band and he showed me a song they are about to release and it's really good. It might not be as heavy as your looking for but they are really good, facebook.com/cityatdawn

"All That Reamins" is kind like ADTR. They have screming in alot of there songs, and have screaming in the background like ADTR on there "quite" songs. They have words you can understand so its not like som of the Hardcore stuff from Europe either. But i would Deff. say All That Remains is a good band to chill to :). Hold On ,Not Alone,The Air That I Breath, and chiron are my favorites so check those out :)

@ BYSny08, no I wasn't talking about your band, that link doesn't work.
I also really liked the Hopes Die Last record...it was ahhhmazing if you like clean vocal and a bit of electronic mixed with your metalcore. So that one is prob one of my fav records of the year.

theyre also from ocala, florida and their album was produced by tom denney (ex-ADTR guitarist). thats not what makes them sound similar to ADTR though, they just... sound just ADTR , just thought i'd throw in those extra connections.
edit: the screamer in it is the dude from paddock park. thats probably the one band thats been mentioned here that sounds closest to ADTR
