He didn't play that long. But he played Reaction, Why Do You Run, Rosary, Ready Ankles, and Sunday Drive from TEN. I think he played another song but I can't remember. But I was so happy he played Sunday Drive.

It's just weird because last year I payed like $30 dollars to go to Warped Tour in the States, which is basically the same as Soundwave. But yeah, overall it was worth it. That's a bummer fuck work.

Soundwave Sydney was overall a resounding success.

Valencia and Bayside both played to ridicullously small crowds but still put on intense and lively sets.

Unearth owned on the metal stage,

There were a few bands that left me scratching my head as to why they were even playing at all,they had about 10 people watching. The organizers should have gotten some big local talent, the lack of Australian artists on the bill was quite astounding.

Highlight was watching Face to Face for the first time in 10 years,sans Scott Shifflett but Roger from LTJ did a great job on fill in bass duties. Seeing the dismal and small yet rabid fans who were watching Face to Face play really has shown me how much the scene has changed since 1995 when I got into it.

i know what you mean about bayside. they had a dissapointingly small crowd for the perth show too, but they were amazing!
Face to face had a pretty big crowd here though. i was so glad to see them. i got into them after they broke up and thought id never get the chance so was deifnatley stoked to get to see them play

Yeah I think they mentioned between 6-8 months or something like that. So, I'd say about September-October most probably. Can't wait... because if it is a huge tour and they come to Newcastle. I'll see them here AND Sydney which will mean I'll get to see them four times this year.
