George Clinton, Toots and the Maytals, Cake, the Roots, Col. Bruce Hampton, Tim Reynolds, etc. I kinda want to go, but tickets are $145 and right now that just doesn't seem like the best use of my limited funds. I wish they just sold individual day passes, I might could justify to myself buying one for the day that George Clinton is headlining...

Even though I don't really know you, just your posts here, somehow I knew you would reply to this thread. And it looks like we're the only two that care. I figured this was the wrong crowd, but this is the only music related board I post at that gets any serious activity, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

well i'm craig & i like a lot of strange/less commonly talked about tunes haha. i too suffer the same problem, this is the only board that has any real traffic that isn't strictly niche orientated music. but after many failed threads, or talking to myself in my own threads, you begin to realize this place isn't so bad. every now & then someone new will be interested in something you're talking about. that, & the regulars here are some pretty decent folks

Under normal circumstances I'd do it. But I've had a rough month, just moved and had a ton of expenses. I'm afraid if I do that I won't have enough money for rent :-(
