well, in comparison to other great old time parks like wrigley and fenway, yankee stadium is pretty beat up. it also doesn't look like much of an old ballpark like the others do

Give me a break dude. It was not completely torn down. Changes were made so that the structure would hold. The point is I would rather see that happen then a complete demolition of the place.
