Underoath (www.underoath777.com) will be doing an in-store on Monday January 17 at Looney Tunes (www.looneytunescds.com) on Long Island. They will be playing a short set in the store at 4PM.

Usually the instore is just about around the time the cd comes out, where the hell did this come from? We are going to have to buy the cd AGAIN which would be my 3rd time to get in? I`m going down there tomorrow to bitch

you know its worth it. id buy that record one hundred times to see an instore. but, like i said... dallas = no instores = 'everythings bigger in texas'*

*except for the respectable music scene

hahah yeah, the shows here are awesome, when we actually get them. fucking texas is so big, and tours like the days away, starting line, fsf show skipped texas entirely. taste of chaos tour skipped us entirely too. and states like fucking iowa (no offense) get shows? houston and dallas are some of the biggest fucking cities in the US.

i feel your pain my brother. if i were any more scene and emo id drive down to houston. id find your house and we could cry together. austin gets every tour. dallas gets the second most i think. then you guys. maybe switch dallas and houston. then el paso. but el paso is a piece. so just forget them.

dallas? dallas doesnt have many cows. we dont ride horses to school either. and were not all cowboys (just a few geniuses who wear cowboy hats, jeans, and boots... you know, the people that go to their ranch on the weekends). no cows. no shows.

i would love to go to that show. trust me, living here sucks really badly. not that looking at bare cornfields with snow in them isn't amusing... i'm sure 3/4 of people here don't know what an in-store is.

True, but that's about it. Usually "Canadian Tours" by bands go only as far east as Montreal, which is a nice 12 hour drive west of me.

I'm an idiot. It took me a really long time to figure out that this was a record store. I was picturing giant Bugs Bunny stuffed animals with little kids and soccer moms everywhere, then UnderOath in the corner blowing peoples minds and making the kids scream. That would be pretty cool too though.

thats too bad. you canadians rule. most americans think youre just jerk off douches, but i think canada rocks the kasbot (how do you spell that?). anyways... isnt marijuana legal there for 18 year olds? how about drinking?
