is it me or does there seem to be more girl fronted bands forming in the last year or so? It might be because I am in a girl fronted band but it seems everywhere I turn there seems to be another.

Yah it seems that Paramore opened the doors for a lot of the girl bands in the scene. but there has always been girl fronted bands who rocked. Blondie, Missing Persons, No Doubt etc

You should give Paramore a listen. They paved the way for women everywhere. Women couldn't even vote until men got a hold of "feeel the pressuu-uu-re" and now look where we are as a society.
