Can anyone recommend some decent web hosting services please?

I need a new host for my messageboard as my current host is no longer allowing my site on their server :headshake

seriously, they are probably the best and most dependable for you dollar right now. i've used them for almost two years now, and i was only down once, for a week, and they gave me the month for free.

EDIT: i just tried to go to their site and found it to be down, and i did some research and found out that they are not accepting new customers right now and might be folding. hah! that sucks, they were great too. php, mySQL and all. oh well.
