I go to school in Boston and Fall is getting into full swing up here. I've been desperately trying to find a good Fall album to listen to as I walk around but haven't settled on anything yet. Any suggestions?

I could not resist, but I had to get the drip drip. It's so good, i'm still going to buy it. Everything in Transit is probably my most over played album of all time.

Yeah that's the closest I've gotten. But I'm looking for a bunch of different albums. I had to get the leak too but I'm definitely buying in next week. Really great album.

Yeah Death Cab was one of the ones that came to mind for me too. A lot of Ryan Adams, too.

My favorite album.
I love fall so much. I listen to stuff like Lydia, Rilo Kiley, Margot and the Nuclear So and So's, and Motion City Soundtrack, and way more that I can't think of that I think fits it nicely.

I don't think its so much about people's musical tastes changing, but more about what sounds pleasantly matching to the seasons.

Well, last week we had like one day of "fall" weather, now it's back to 90+ degrees...but we don't get the changing colors of the leaves...everything just auto-dies lol. That statement was based off my experience in Northern states anyways.

Haha i can see where you are coming from, but walking down the street during the fall when the leaves are falling off the trees and it's a little cold with the right music just feels good to me. I don't pick out songs to listen to just for the season, but sometimes a song strikes a chord and it ties your whole environment together.
Dear and the Headlights - Small Steps, Heavy Hooves
I actually listened to "Midwestern Dirt" today and thought how perfect of a "Fall" album it was. Good call.
