Directed by Sam Mendes
Starring John Krasinki, Maya Rudolph, Maggie Gyllenhal
Written by Dave Eggers and Vedela Vida

The film is about a young and expecting couple searching for a home to settle down in. They're worried they'll be bad parents, are from home and disillusioned, and unsure of themselves as a couple. It's a comedy but I'm sure will have some more dramatic aspects. It's basically a road movie with a tense couple moving on in their lives as parents.

Everyone involved with it is great. The combination of Eggers, Mendes and Krasinski is to die for for me. I absolutely can't wait for this.

Whatever happened to that movie Krasinski was directing that was based on a David Foster Wallace novel?

Brief Interviews With Hideous Men-I have no idea :-(
At this point it still doesn't have a distribution deal or a release date, but its completely done. I'm really looking forward to it, I hope it eventually gets a release.

I love John. Everyone also knows that Dave Eggers is my favorite writer, I'm all over anything they do together.

That's atrocious, I was really looking forward to seeing that. I wonder why no one's picking it up...I hope it's not shit.

It might be that John is just being very careful fine tuning it. He doesn't seem to be in a hurry so I'm sure it will come out eventually.

I'll be very interested to see how it turns out, for sure.

Have you read the book? I've never read anything by Wallace but I find him very interesting and I was very sad about his death. I think I might tackle some of his books now.

Sounds great. Love that Mendes has two projects coming out.
