so me and two friends are heading to atlanta in a few hours to see the mars volta tonight. who all has seen them before and how amazing was it?

Dude. You are in for a WICKED fucking show. WICKED. I'm not a fan of their cd's, but a friend convinced me to come see them live, and I'm so glad I did. It's ridiculous how good their live show is even if you don't know their songs.

yeah i've watched a ton of their live videos and they look fucking outstanding. i'm addicted to their cds so i'm sure it'll be something beyond fucking wicked....

I saw them at the House of Blues. They are amazing! It was a small show, for them I thought. But it was great! They played most of Francis the Mute(my fave CD by them so far)

oh you can bet your ass that was priority one before going to go see the mars volta live... it was fucking outstanding by the way. i've never seen something of that level of greatness live until last night!
