Haven't they been around for a while now? I saw an old show poster and they were on it with bands like Outline and Welcome Home Travis...

Ok, dont take this the wrong way because im not trying to be a dick, but what exactly is it about hardcore that makes you guys love it so much? I've never understood its appeal.

The energy and unity at shows is what does it for me. I swear to God, when I'm at a hardcore show it's one of the best feelings in the entire world--singing and dancing with your friends or kids that you don't even know and shouting back every single lyric is simply incredible, and I recommend you all try it.

In addition, the music itself is just fucking awesome, and it's really hard to not like it. Do yourself a favor and check out With Honor-purevolume.com/withhonor...they have the intensity that I'm talking about, and you should be able to hear it in their songs.

Alan--I've been meaning to check this band out. I'll do it later when I read your review.

It was an exellent game, though you know everyone wanted to be able to shoot the dog.

word. This guy knows what he's talking about.

Hey, if you want, hit me up on AIM or a PM with some bands I should check out. I know almost all the "major" bands and "semi-major" but I could always use some more. Thanks a lot man, you know your shit

Honestly, I've only been into hardcore for less than a year. I just do a shitload of reading (American Hardcore by Steven Blush is a great book you should check out; order it from amazon or something) online, and I have been very passionate about it since I started getting into it.

Anyway, I just put you on my buddy list-- I'll IM you later with bands I think you should check out.
