What do you guys think of the new metallica album?

cool cover, cool lyrics, they fucking shred some fucking riffage on this cd, everyone told me it was good, and ive loved metallica forever. so i thought id pick it up, it really is amazing! what do you all think??

i agree stanger lol was SO bad. it came out sooo long ago too 2003, they've defintly made a good comeback!

I saw "Some Kind of Monster," on the other night. It was sad, they couldn;t even talk to each other...I think those days are behind them. I like the new stuff.

That is the general consensus about the album. I have heard it doesn't "pop," from close friend metalheads. Parts that are supposed to blow up don't.

a) It is a mistake in spelling.
b) Even besides that fatal flaw of yours, whether or not I know one part of grammar has no bearing on how well I know the rest of it.

Yeah but failing to notice it when copying and pasting it several times is just idiotic. Plus the fact that you're putting that all over the site is just plain irritating.
Which "fatal flaw" of mine? If you're talking about the question mark at the end of that sentence, that was intentional and I know it wasn't perfect grammar, it's how I talk, so I can't really be criticized for that can I?

I'm not trolling or being an internet fuckwad,
I just found you typing "You, sir, are and idiot" in a load of threads incredibly annoying. Also, you commenting on someone elses grammar, which you had edited yourself to make it incorrect was equally as irritating.
"And" instead of "an" could've just as easily been a grammar mistake.
I don't think I have my own version of the English language, it was just a different way of saying something, I don't know anyone that sticks one hundred percent to the Queen's English language.

Although, and I hate to break this to you, I do believe that's the auto tune helping give it that sound quality.
I work around auto tuners a lot, (it's for the effect, I use it very obviously in my music, it's not a tool because I can't sing for shit, it's an effect for me) and this does sound a lot like it.
I've been wrong before though.

Metallica didn't actually write St. Anger studies show. It was actually a nu metal band from Mexico that went by the name of Poopy Padre, they just got James Hetfield to do the guest vocals on all the songs.
