FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ARMOR FOR SLEEP
TO RELEASE 'WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE DEAD'
ON EQUAL VISION RECORDS FEBRUARY 22, 2005;
U.S. TOUR DATES ANNOUNCED

New Jersey buzz band ARMOR FOR SLEEP are getting set to release their second
album titled WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE DEAD due February 22 on Equal Vision
Records. The band-BEN JORGENSEN (vocals/guitar), PJ DeCICCO (guitar),
ANTHONY DiIONNO (bass) and NASH BREEN (drums)-is also hitting the road
beginning in February, bringing their unique and powerful live show to the
doorsteps of their devoted fans.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE DEAD is the product of two months in the studio with
noted producer Machine (Clutch, Lamb of God, White Zombie, King Crimson).
ARMOR FOR SLEEP emerged from those sessions with a collection of 11 songs
outfitted with their signature evocative vocals and hauntingly catchy
melodies. The sound they achieved is both delicate and combustible. WHAT
TO DO WHEN YOU ARE DEAD is the eagerly anticipated follow-up to the band's
2003 release Dream To Make Believe.

"We wanted this record to be a record where each song could be listened to
individually," said JORGENSON. "But still have a story flickering through
every song, pointing the listener down the path we've paved for them." The
album documents the journey through life, death and beyond through the eyes
of someone who is truly taking stock in what it all means.

ARMOR FOR SLEEP will showcase new songs from the album live, joining
Something Corporate for the first ten dates of this U.S. tour, then
connecting up
with Recover for the remainder of the shows. In addition to their own
nationwide headlining tours, ARMOR FOR SLEEP has previously supported Fall
Out Boy, Taking Back Sunday, Midtown, From Autumn To Ashes, Further Seems
Forever, Bane and many others.
