thought about it, but i lurk more than post recently haha

anyway, new album is pretty decent, has some really strong tracks on it & i was lucky enough to be sent an advance for no real reason haha, with a cool bonus dvd. cherine anderson toasting... yes please. zap mama as featured vocalists... oh hell yes! "high low" with zap mama is probably my favourite track from the new album. but it's franti being franti here, fans of the old stuff will love this & new comers would probably be best starting here (unless you're "jumpoff", you can start with everyone deserves music haha)

for fans of reggae, ragga, dancehall, hip-hop, funk, etc

this group is involved with so many international political rallies & alike. also just out of interest, franti hasn't worn shoes in like 8 years haha

"High Low" is so great. It's definitely up there for me. This album is a little more than decent haha. I already sent this to Brandon, but I don't remember what he thought of it.

I thought "Yell Fire" was awesome a couple of years ago. I just picked this up the other day, and I really haven't formed an opinion on it yet.

good album, the new one should probably click if you enjoyed yell fire. thier releases are so consistent & all rebel rockers is no exception
