Alkaline Trio - Warbrain mentions Night On Earth by the Bouncing Souls and Trusty Chords by Hot Water Music
One of my personal favorites. When I saw Alkaline Trio last, Skiba altered the lyrics slightly: "...The Bouncing Souls! Will get me through!" To say I was happy about this would be an understatement.

P.O.S. has a bunch. Y'know, other than the song that has roughly 75% of it's lyrics culled from "Argyle."
"Jimmy ate the world, but the world bit back." (Jimmy Eat World)
"Now answer that and stay fashionable." (A.F.I.)
"And the whole track is stacked against me. Against me? Exactly. Reinvent that Axl Rose." (Against Me!)
And I'm sure there's a few more somewhere in there...
