Not "Who do you want to win the election?"
Answer only if you're of legal age or will be in time for the election, are registered or planning on registering, and actually going to vote in the November presidential election.

there should be a new poll strictly for those that pick(ed) McCain. "I was joking" or "I was serious".

actually i plan on starting my own business, which Obama want to raise taxes for small businesses, making me better off with McCain who is for helping the economy.

Obama says he wants to do all these changes... ...where do you think that money is going to come from... ...not his bank account.

if your business is making over 250 thousand dollars a year then you should be pretty well off and you shouldn't complain about paying a small amount of taxes that are going to some pretty rad things like affordable education and health care

i think another argument can be made that under Obama's plan the economy would be better, meaning more consumers out there to help support your small business

Its funny, because I actually talked to a couple of my economic professors (Doctors) today, and they think that McCain's economic plan is better than Obama's.

and if I'm working hard for my money, other people can work hard for their money as well and pay for their own education and health care like me.

First off you mean Ph.D's.. And economics is not an absolute field.. Their are many theories, so I would actually take what your professors say and then maybe read the opposing theory and then come to a conclusion.. I'll tell you this, most of the Economists out there today are poor and worthless..

So let me get this straight.. You work hard for the 45,000k you make, keep in mind you are going to school and paying health care. You think that it is reasonable, that after taxes, you'll make 40k or less, still have to pay for college, which is 40,000k a year, and on top of that pay for health care and living expenses..

A young republican = nothing but ignorance..

Their = There.

- 1 and then. replace maybe with a comma.

45,000/40,000k = 45/40k (k stands for thousand. you don't need the zeros in addition).

His argument was alot(oops! "alot" isn't one word, it's "a lot" too bad i'm leaving it in) more important than whether or not typos or incorrect grammer was made.

I couldn't agree more. The points were solid. BUT, if you're going to invoke personal attacks and call someone ignorant, you should at the very least use correct grammar and spelling when doing so...

Just to clarify, when I said "answer only if you're of legal age", I was referring to voting in the poll. That way the results would be realistic. So if you're 17 or younger like me, feel free to reply, just not in the poll lol.

I wanna point out that just because someone doesn't have the money to pay for education and health care, doesn't mean they aren't working hard. In fact, many of them work harder than people in good economic situations. Fpr example, an immigrant may have been a doctor, a teacher, an attorney in their home country, but in the U.S their qualifications mean nothing, so they may not have the same job opportunities here.
