So I wanted to go to sleep earlier tonight because I have to move back in at school tomorrow. So I head towards bed and then realize my sister is an idiot and let the cat go outside at like midnight. So now my ass has to wait around for him to come back inside because I'm sure as hell not letting him stay outside and freeze his ass off in the snow/sleet/20 degree weather. Man my sister is pissing me off. I want to go to bed dammit!!!

Well he hates the snow and ice and cold, so usually like 15 minutes he'll come back, but of course when its night time and I need to sleep hes outside for 2 hours. Still not back yet. Its pissing me off.

Cats aren't outdoor pets. They don't bury toys in the backyard, and they don't leave piles of crap on the next-door neighbor's driveway. Keep the darn thing indoors, especially when it's cold

Mine does. He kills animals like its his job. Theres dead birds in our yard and occasionally in our house all the time, dead mice on our doorstep, and he shits in the neighbor's sandbox that the kids used to play in.
