I hate how songs from Something About Airplanes have been reduced to just one per set now. If I could witness Pictures In An Exhibition live I would cream my pants for hours.

Something About Airplanes is my favorite album by them, right next to Transatlanticism of course.

ben said last night that You Can Play These Songs With Chords is being re-released in November with their other older stuff to follow, so maybe once they re-release Something About Airplanes they will play some stuff from it more often.

Seeing them tonight at Radio City, cannot fucking wait. I'd pay a lot to see Scientist Studies, Champagne From A Paper Cup, and President Of What? all in one show.

But I'd be good with just some more Somethign About Airplanes. I didn't get into Death Cab for Cutie until after Plans had come out, so I guess I have a lot more of a roundabout view of their entire catalog as compared to a fan that's been loyal since the beginning and witnessed the progression of each album... but regardless, Something About Airplanes is definitely always going to be my favorite.
