As many of you know, there has been many split series releases, and basically, two bands cover a few of each other's songs.
Which two bands would you like to see do one of these, and why?

the skatalites/the slackers - best of yesteryear & the best of today
stevie wonder/michael jackson - would just be really really interesting & i could see it being awesome. they sounded great together in the past
r.e.m./elvis costello & the attractions - there is no way this could go wrong. someone should actually suggest this to both bands haha

Damn you. Well, Sam already covered Will now we just need to wait for Will to cover Sam. :-)
Anberlin/Jimmy Eat World - It's be sweet to hear Anberlin do "23" and Jimmy Eat World do "(*Fin)"
Mae/Copeland - I'd like to Hear Copeland play "The Sun And The Moon" and Mae play 'When You Thought You'd Never Stand Out"
The Cure/ The Smiths - I'd like to hear The Cure play "There Is A Light That Never Goes Out" and The Smiths play "Love Song".
Those would be amazing.

Rx Bandits and Circa Survive. Very different musical stylings, yet tons of experimental musicianship. It'd be interesting to hear how the others songs are invisioned.
Alkaline Trio and Rise Against. Be a great mini sampler to toss out on their tour, pretty much swap Matt and Tim's vocals and see how the dynamics change in the songs.

For some reason two summers ago my local Giant Food Store had a bunch of REALLY random albums for real cheap in this big bin. And i ended up picking up a couple of the older Blink cd's and got the Switcheroo w/ Moneen and Alexisonfire. The total for the three ended up being like not even 10 bucks.
Ha sorry random story, but I completely forgot about the Switcheroo until it was just said, and thought the story was interesting.

A Radiohead / Sigur Rós split would be perfect!
or for this website's purposes, a Say Anything / Brand New split.

I'd love to hear an Angels And Airwaves/+44 split...just to watch it fail.
I can't come up with anything else immediatly, but I will later.
A Radiohead / Sigur Rós split would be perfect!
Wow, that's an excellent idea.
I'd like to see how a Wilco/Decemeberists split would turn out.
