Whose tried it? Whose had success? I've been trying it since July, told a bunch of my pals about and they all decided to give it a shot. Making a long story short they've had alot more luck than I have. For the guys out there who've had success what works? Ladies, what kind of things do you look for while online? Whats a good amount of time to exchange messages before meeting in person/ what are the signals to look for?

well my uncle is a bit of a pimp and married someone muh younger than himself. so my cousins new step mum was really only a few years older than he is. my cousin lived with them for a while. then he started with this girl and she didnt like that fact that he got on with his stepmum. i think she was jealous and insecure of my aunty. like my cousin and my aunty had a thing going, kind of thing. and so she sort of stopped him spending time with them. and considering my uncle and my aunty had two lil kids now which are his half brothers is prety bad. my aunty was pretty upset and my uncle wasnt too happy either and i think they had a big falling out. when me and my parents went to the wedding, we had never even met the bride before or any of hr family and we were the only ones from my cousins family there pretty much. and yeah my uncle nearly didnt come because my aunty wasnt invited. and my lil cousins would have made such good page boy and flower girl.

I've only ever hooked up with someone I knew nothing about except for stuff she'd said on msn once. That didn't turn out that well, she was a lot fatter than her picture. Now I'm not that shallow, and in all honesty, I prefer girls with a bit more weight on them, but she was proper fat. I did feel abit bad that I didn't even so much as make out with her but I just felt no attraction.
That was the only time though. I did hook up with a couple of other girls on the internet, but they were friends of my cousin, so I knew what I was letting myself in for.

The internet exposes us to a lot of different people that we probably wouldn't even know outside of it. I've had quite a few successes with people on the internet whether it be a guy or just friends. It all depends on how you go about it, really.

OK, so I joined one of these online dating sites today and it has freaked me out a little. They did all these mind tests to see who would be best suited for you. I only ended up with seven matches, most of them were from a city called Stockport and were about 20 years older and into techno! What on earth did I put in the questionnaire to make them think I would be matched to any of those dudes :-( ... you see, this is the reason why I do not do this "online dating thing!"
