im a huge weezy fan and a good portion of his songs that are actually good could back that statement up ("tie my hands", "mr. carter", most of da drought 3 and dedication 2), but some of his more commercial sounding stuff like his new joint with tpain (not sayin its a bad song) "can't believe it" i wouldnt really say is saving hiphop.
